Miss. Mahesha Ihalagedara is a Lecturer attached to School of Social Work, National Institute of Social Development.  She earned her BA (Hons.) in Sociology from in 2013. Subsequently, she obtained her M.Phil in Sociology in 2018 from the University of Peradeniya. She has worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Social Studies, The Open University of Sri Lanka.
