I graduated from the Alva’s Collage, University of Mangalore with a Bachelor of Social Work in 2013. The bachelor’s program was very much focused on applying social work theory to real social problems. Therefore, I decided to continue my education with a Master of Social Work at NISD institute, to get a better theoretical and practical foundation, following my graduation in 2017. And I completed my Postgraduate degree in Development Studies at University of Colombo. I possess nine years of experience as a Research Assistant at National Institute of Social Development. In my current role, I work on publishing scientific articles related to various subjects. I enjoy the challenge of conducting research, analysing data, and formulating strategies to help solve complex problems. I’m flexible and ready to help with any part of a project to make sure that the team stays on track and meets deadlines. I believe my combination of analytical and interpersonal skills would make me an excellent candidate for this job role.
