The institute’s financial and administrative matters are managed by the Administrative and Finance Division. The responsibilities of this division includes planning and preparation of annual procurement plan in line with budget allocation, acquisition of capital assets which are necessary for conducting academic activities, effective allocation and monitoring of government funds in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Administrative and Finance Division handles the administrative and financial affairs of the institute. The responsibilities of this division includes planning and preparation of annual procurement plan in line with budget allocation, acquisition of capital assets which are necessary for conducting academic activities, effective allocation and monitoring of government funds in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives. This division handles conducting of efficiency bar examinations, recruitment of staff and performance evaluation, provision of support services such as payments, purchasing, security and cleaning, preparation of annual financial statements and other reports, vehicle maintenance and inventory controlling, planning, development, implementation & monitoring of internal control systems.

The Registrar Division functioning under the Administration and Finance Division handles student registration, conducting examinations of all academic programmes, issuing of certificates, organizing and conducting annual convocations and award ceremonies.
